Ramnext app: Uber, Bolt and Freenow driver settlements on your phone

The Ramnext app is a free app for Uber, Bolt and Freenow drivers who settle with Ramnext. It works on Android and on iPhone. In it you check your balance and payouts and your reports from the ride-hailing apps, add an expense invoice, sign a contract and write to the office – without a computer.

Below we describe exactly what you will find in the app and how to start using it.

Balance and payouts

On the dashboard you see your balance, your VAT balance and when your next payout is due. You choose the payout mode yourself: every week, once a month or on demand – the payout arrives on the Monday you choose. You request an on-demand payout with one button, and the app shows which day the settlement will cover.

The balance history lists every operation: reports, payouts and adjustments, each with its details.

Uber, Bolt and Freenow reports

Reports from all three ride-hailing apps are in one place. Each report shows the details of the settlement. You always pay the same for a settlement, a fixed 45 zł, whether you drive with one app or with all three.

Expense invoices in a few moments

Expense invoices lower your tax, so it is worth adding them as you go. In the app:

you take a photo of the invoice or choose a photo or PDF from your phone,
for a KSeF invoice the app reads the QR code,
once you enter the tax ID (NIP), it suggests the seller’s name,
one invoice can have several items.

Contracts on your phone

You sign your contracts with Ramnext with your finger on the phone screen, without printing and without visiting the office. You open and download signed documents in the app – contracts, invoices and documents do not open in the browser, so they do not stay in its history.

8.5% flat-rate tax and your tax micro-account

If you pay the flat-rate tax, the app shows the tax amount for each month and your tax micro-account, which you pay it into. A tutorial with a voice-over shows you how to make the transfer in your bank. You mark a paid month with the “Paid” button – it is your own note that shows you which months are already paid.

Live chat with the office

You raise an issue with the office in the chat: you choose a topic, write a message and can attach a photo or a PDF. The Consultant’s reply comes as a notification on your phone. Outside office hours, the chat tells you so straight away. Once the request is closed, you can rate the help on a scale of 1 to 5 stars.

Notifications

The app lets you know about payouts, messages from the office and replies in the chat. You can also read messages from the office and news in the app.

Referral programme, Medicover Sport and xTaksometr

Referral programme – in the Referrals tab you will find your code and link. For each driver you refer you get 100 zł after their first payout, 150 zł after their fifth and 15 zł from each of their payouts.
Medicover Sport – packages for Ramnext drivers: gyms, swimming pools and classes at more than 4,000 venues all over Poland. You order them in the app.
xTaksometr – a virtual taximeter on your phone. You apply in the app, and we hand out the Bluetooth printer at our offices.

How to start using the Ramnext app

1. Download the app

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. You can also open the link ramnext.pl/app/pobierz.php on your phone – it takes you to the right store by itself.

2. Log in or create an account

Already have an account in the Ramnext panel? Log in with the same e-mail and password. If not, create an account in the app – you will receive the confirmation codes by e-mail and SMS. You can sign your contracts on your phone straight away.

3. You drive, we take care of the rest

We create your Uber, Bolt and Freenow accounts for you and send you a link to complete the registration. We describe how to get through the formalities in the guide How to become a Bolt driver and in the city guides.

1. Does the Ramnext app cost anything?+

No. You download the app free of charge from the App Store or Google Play. You pay for your settlement with Ramnext as before: a fixed 45 zł with no percentage commission.

2. Which phones does the Ramnext app work on?+

On Android phones (Google Play) and on iPhones with iOS 15 or later (App Store).

3. Can I create an account in the app?+

Yes. Registration in the app works the same way as on the website, with confirmation codes sent by e-mail and SMS. If you already have an account in the Ramnext panel, you log in with the same details.

4. Will I see the same in the app as in the panel on the website?+

Yes. The app has everything a driver has in the panel: balance and payouts, reports, invoices, contracts, flat-rate tax, news, referrals, Medicover Sport and xTaksometr. On top of that, live chat with the office and notifications on your phone.

5. How do I add an expense invoice in the app?+

You take a photo of the invoice or choose a photo or PDF from your phone. For a KSeF invoice the app reads the QR code, and once you enter the tax ID (NIP) it suggests the seller. If you are not sure how to fill in the form, turn on the tutorial with a voice-over.

6. Is the Ramnext app available in English?+

Yes. The app works in Polish and in English. By default it uses your phone's language, and in the settings you can choose Polish or English. Messages from the office and the chat are in Polish.
