The best Bolt, Uber and Freenow partner - why do so many drivers choose Ramnext?

Whether you are just starting out with Bolt, Uber or Freenow or have been driving for a long time, one question always comes back like a boomerang: which fleet partner is really the best for a driver – not in the adverts, but for the driver’s wallet?

At first glance the offers look similar. Everyone “settles drivers”, “handles the formalities”, “helps with documents”. The differences only show up in the details: how much commission you really pay, what the support looks like and whether the settlements are transparent.

This article shows why many drivers – both new and experienced – consider Ramnext the best Bolt / Uber / Freenow partner, and what the real numbers look like compared with a “typical partner”.

How does a typical fleet partner work with Bolt, Uber and Freenow?

The standard model looks like this:

  • a fixed weekly fee, e.g. 50 zł,

  • plus 1% of the driver’s gross turnover,

  • settlements once a week,

  • phone support usually only during office hours (8-16),

  • limited or non-transparent handling of expense invoices (fuel, servicing, car wash).

On paper this looks “more or less OK”. The problem starts when you work out how much the commission really eats up. Remember, too, that a percentage of gross turnover means you pay “commission” on money you do not have and never had, because you pay on your own income and on the app’s income as well. If a driver earned 1500 zł net, customers paid a total of about 2000 zł, and the percentage commission is calculated on that (higher) amount – which hardly seems logical.

Criterion Typical fleet partner Ramnext
Weekly commission 50 zł + 1% of gross turnover 45 zł fixed, no % of turnover
Fee when you are not driving Often charged every week If you do not drive, you pay nothing
Real cost at a weekly turnover of 2000-2500 zł 70-75 zł 45 zł
Monthly difference (4 weeks) +100-120 zł more in commission 0 zł (reference point)
Settling VAT on expense invoices Often partial, the surplus is lost Up to 50% of the VAT reduces your tax, used in full
Surplus VAT Often wiped at the end of the month Carries over, never lost
Transparency of settlements Often unclear calculations Drivers can easily calculate their payout themselves
Payouts when the apps are late Payout only after the app's transfer arrives Ramnext pays out from its own funds on time
Support hours Usually 8:00-16:00 7 days a week, 8:00-22:00
Contact and help Call centre, limited support Real help, call-outs, support from one driver to another
Know-how and advice No practical tips Knowing where and when to drive and how to earn the most
Drivers' reviews Often mixed, complaints about settlements A high 5.0 average and genuine positive reviews

The real cost of settlements – concrete numbers

Let’s assume a realistic scenario for a driver in Poland:

  • weekly gross turnover (including the app’s commission): 2 000-2 500 zł,

  • typical partner: 50 zł + 1% of turnover.

In practice this gives:

  • at 2 000 zł:

    • 1% of 2 000 zł = 20 zł

    • 50 zł + 20 zł = 70 zł commission per week,

  • at 2 500 zł:

    • 1% of 2 500 zł = 25 zł

    • 50 zł + 25 zł = 75 zł commission per week.

With the same turnover, Ramnext always charges 45 zł per week. No percentages, no “small print”.

The weekly difference is:

  • between 70 and 45 zł = 25 zł,

  • between 75 and 45 zł = 30 zł.

Over a month (4 weeks):

  • 25 zł × 4 = 100 zł,

  • 30 zł × 4 = 120 zł.

That is realistically one more full tank of fuel a month in your pocket. And fuel means more rides and more earnings.

Ramnext – a partner created by drivers for drivers

Ramnext is not another “giant” that “churns through people”, i.e. drivers, looking only at the statistics. It is a fleet partner built by people who have driven themselves and know exactly what a driver’s work looks like from the inside.

A fixed, low commission – 45 zł per settlement

You can settle weekly, monthly or on demand on a Monday of your choice. The commission is always charged with the transfer, which means that if you settle monthly, you pay the 45 zł commission once a month.

  • no percentage of turnover,

  • no hidden fees,

  • the amount never grows with your earnings.

The more you drive, the bigger the difference between Ramnext and a typical partner. At higher turnover, a percentage of your takings hurts even more – here it simply does not exist.

Transparent settlements you can check yourself

At Ramnext, drivers know exactly what they are paying for.

You have full information on:

  • what makes up your payout,

  • which taxes and contributions are deducted,

  • how expense invoices are settled.

Settlements are designed so that every driver can recalculate their pay on their own and check that the amounts are correct. No guesswork, no “mysterious Excel sheet” on the partner’s side.

Payouts on time even when the apps are late

Sometimes the apps (Bolt, Uber, Freenow) are late with their transfers. That is nothing new in the industry. The difference is how the partner reacts:

  • at Ramnext – when the transfer from the app arrives late, the company pays the driver out of its own funds and settles with the app later,

  • for the driver this means keeping their cash flow – the money arrives on time despite delays on the app’s side.

In a driver’s work this is critical: bills, fuel and everyday life do not wait.

Support 7 days a week, 8-22

Typical partner: office open 8-16, after that “send an email”.
Ramnext: helpline and support from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 – 20:00.

If a driver has a problem in the evening, at the weekend or out in the city, they are not left on their own. They can call, ask questions and ask for help. When we can, someone will come over, help and explain. That level of service is simply rare in this industry.

Why do drivers prefer Ramnext to other partners?

1. A fixed, low commission - 45 zł a week
No percentage of turnover and no hidden fees. The more you drive, the more you keep.

2. Fair and transparent settlements
You can calculate all the amounts yourself. Zero "mysterious" calculations.

3. Support 7 days a week
We are available 8:00-22:00, weekends included. We help the way one driver helps another.

4. Full use of the VAT from expense invoices
VAT is never lost - every invoice really increases your earnings.

5. Payouts always on time
Even when the apps are late, we pay out from our own funds to protect your cash flow.

Know-how that others lack – from driver to driver

Many fleet companies just sign contracts and send people “out into the city”. After two weeks, a large share of new drivers give up because of “no ride requests”, bad hours, bad areas, frustration and settlement errors.

Ramnext works differently:

  • drivers get practical advice,

  • they learn where and when to drive,

  • they know how to use time and location to earn as much as possible.

This is not a call centre reading from a script, but real experience passed on. The result: drivers earn more and are less likely to leave the industry after the initial clash with reality.

Input VAT and invoices – a real tax advantage

One of the most important, yet least understood, topics is how VAT invoices are settled.

At Ramnext, drivers can take invoices for:

    • fuel,

    • servicing,

    • car washes,

    • all other work-related expenses,

50% of the VAT on these invoices reduces their taxes, which really translates into higher take-home earnings,

Surplus VAT is never lost – if you do not use the whole pool in a given month, it carries over to the following periods.

At many other companies:

  • VAT is settled down to zero and the surplus is lost,

  • invoices are only partly settled,

  • there are cases where, instead of 50% of the VAT, the driver sees for example a fixed 5 zł “per invoice”, which drastically reduces the real benefit.

At Ramnext the full value of the VAT works for the driver, not for the partner.

Safe and fair settlements – without “accidental” errors

On the internet you can find many stories of drivers who only discovered after some time:

  • VAT charged twice,

  • ZUS contributions overstated or deducted several times,

  • unclear payout calculations that nobody at the office can explain.

These are not one-off slip-ups, but often a business model – the driver will not work it out anyway.

Ramnext is based on the opposite philosophy:

  • drivers always have access to the information,

  • they can always recalculate everything themselves,

  • there is never a situation of “we didn’t pay the money” or “we paid too little”.

If an app is late with its transfer, Ramnext still pays the driver their earnings. This is a standard that should be the norm, even though it is not.

Who will find Ramnext the best Bolt / Uber / Freenow partner?

Ramnext works particularly well for:

  • people who want to earn as much as possible rather than hand a percentage to a partner,

  • drivers who value clear rules and want to be able to calculate their payouts themselves,

  • new drivers who need support and practical tips,

  • drivers disappointed with their current partner who feel that something in their settlements does not add up.

Summary

The question “Which company is the best partner for the Bolt, Uber and Freenow apps?” cannot be answered in one sentence without context. But looking at:

  • the real cost of commission,

  • how VAT is settled,

  • the transparency of payouts,

  • support hours and quality,

  • drivers’ reviews,

it is easy to see that Ramnext meets criteria that most fleet partners simply fail to deliver.

If you are looking for a partner that does not just “settle you with the app” but actually looks after your interests, finances and development in the industry, Ramnext is a very strong candidate for the title of the best Bolt, Uber and Freenow partner in Poland.
