3What data we process

Driver account in the panel and in the app

  • identification data: first name and surname, PESEL number (Polish national identification number), date and place of birth, identity card series and number, driving licence number, occupation and city of work, and, for foreign nationals, also citizenship, type and number of residence document and passport number,
  • contact and address details: email address, telephone number, residential address and correspondence address,
  • settlement data: bank account number, tax office, ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) status, payout mode and, for B2B cooperation, also the business name, NIP (tax identification number) and VAT taxpayer status,
  • vehicle data: make, model, year of manufacture, VIN and registration number,
  • contracts, declarations and consents, including the handwritten signature made in the Service together with the date, IP address and browser or device data at the time of signing,
  • profile photo, if the driver adds one,
  • history of logins and of changes made to the account.

Settlements

  • data from ride-hailing apps (Uber, Bolt, Freenow): the driver's identifier in the given app, income, cash payments, bonuses and tips for individual periods,
  • payouts, deductions, ZUS contributions, VAT and tax settlements,
  • expense invoices added by the driver (a photo or PDF file and the invoice data),
  • data on attachments by court bailiffs and other enforcement proceedings: enforcement authority, case reference number, amounts.

Mobile app

  • installation identifier assigned by the app, device name, app version, IP address and time of last activity - to handle signing in and account security,
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging notification token - to send notifications about payouts and messages from the office,
  • Firebase Crashlytics crash reports: error trace, device model, operating system and app version, and the Ramnext account number.

Additional services the driver uses voluntarily

  • Medicover Sport package: data of the driver and of the accompanying persons and children registered by the driver (first name, surname, telephone number, email address, date of birth),
  • xTaksometr service: data needed to submit the application and sign the documents,
  • referral programme: information on who referred whom and the rewards due on that account. We show the referrer only the first name of the person referred.

  • IP address, data on the browser and operating system, data on activity on the website (cookies),
  • data from contact forms, e.g. when enquiring about a car: first name, email address, telephone number and the content of the message.

What the app does not collect. The app does not collect location or contacts from the phone. The camera is activated only when the driver personally takes a photo of an invoice or scans a QR code - the code is read on the phone. Signing in with a fingerprint or screen lock is handled by the phone's operating system: Ramnext does not receive the fingerprint or the lock code.

4Where we obtain data from

Most of the data is provided by the driver directly during registration and while using the Service. We receive data on rides and income from the operators of the ride-hailing apps (Uber, Bolt, Freenow) with which the driver cooperates through Ramnext. We receive data on attachments from enforcement authorities. The data of accompanying persons in the Medicover Sport package is provided by the driver who registers them.

5Purposes and legal bases of processing

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR
Conclusion and performance of the contract with the driver (mandate contract, B2B cooperation agreement, car hire agreement), maintaining the account, settlements and payouts, notifications about settlements.

11Is providing data mandatory?

Providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary to create an account, conclude a contract and carry out settlements. We are required to obtain some of the data, in particular the PESEL number and address details, under tax and social insurance legislation. Without this data, cooperation is not possible.

12Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions concerning drivers based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects concerning them. Profiling for advertising purposes on the website takes place only on the basis of consent.

13Security

Connections to the Service are encrypted (HTTPS). We store passwords only in the form of a cryptographic hash, and we keep the sign-in data in the app in the phone's secure storage. Ramnext staff have access only to the data they need for their tasks.

14Cookies

The website uses cookies to ensure that it works properly, to analyse traffic and to personalise advertising content. Cookie settings can be managed in the web browser settings.

15Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Controller may make changes to this Privacy Policy. We give notice of changes by publishing the new version on the website and, in the case of material changes concerning the driver account, also by a message in the panel and in the app.
