Most settlement partners say “refer a friend and you’ll get a bonus”. A one-off, usually a hundred złoty, and that’s the end of it. We went in a completely different direction: we give you part of the commission we charge your referral, and we do it with every one of their settlements, with no end.
This is not a welcome bonus. It is passive income that you build once and that works for you for as long as the drivers you referred keep driving with Ramnext. No other settlement partner in Poland offers drivers such an extensive referral programme.
Three reward levels - in a nutshell

The first two amounts are one-off rewards. The third is the most important one, because it is what turns a one-off referral into a steady monthly flow of money.
Where does this money come from? We're putting our cards on the table
We don’t like programmes where nobody knows where the reward comes from. So we’ll say it straight. From every settlement we charge a commission of 45 zł. When your referral settles, this commission is split like this:

A third of our commission comes back to you. With every settlement your referral makes, for the whole time they work with us.
That 15 zł does not come out of nowhere and is not a temporary promotion that we will withdraw tomorrow. It is a real share of our revenue. As long as your referral keeps driving, we earn less and you earn more – that is how we designed it.
What happens at the fifth settlement
This is where it gets really interesting. When your referral settles with us for the fifth time, we pay you 150 zł. Why exactly this amount? From your referral’s first five settlements we kept 30 zł each time, 150 zł in total. We give you back exactly as much as we earned on them over those five times. Down to zero. In other words: for your referral’s first five settlements, Ramnext earns nothing. It all goes to you.
How it works step by step
After the fifth settlement there are no more thresholds. But the 15 zł bonus keeps coming, with every settlement, until your referral stops working with Ramnext. And this is the part that makes the biggest difference over time.
💰 What it really means in money
Let’s assume your referral settles every week, i.e. roughly four times a month. That is a completely normal working rhythm for a driver. From one person you get 60 zł a month. For nothing. Just because you once gave someone your code.
Three referrals and your settlements are free
Your own commission is 45 zł per settlement. Three referrals who settle in the same week as you give you 3 × 15 zł = 45 zł.
Exactly as much as you pay yourself. From that moment on, your settlements with Ramnext cost you nothing – they are covered by the bonuses from your referrals. And we are not talking about a three-month promotion. We are talking about a state that lasts as long as those three keep driving with us. Everything above three is pure profit.
Ten referrals – let’s do the full maths
Let’s take ten people, each settling every week, i.e. 52 times a year.
Calculation assumes that each referral settles once a week (52 settlements a year). The one-off rewards are 100 zł for each person's first settlement and 150 zł for their fifth.
Over ten thousand złoty in the first year. For ten conversations. And in the second year, when the one-off rewards have already been paid, the affiliate bonuses alone bring in 7 800 zł a year. And in the third. And in the fourth.
This is passive income. All you have to do is drive
Notice one thing in the calculations above: they do not include a single extra hour of your work.
You do not have to train, supervise or hand-hold anyone. You have no obligations towards your referrals. You do not have to check whether they have settled or chase them about anything. You make the referral once – with one conversation at the taxi rank, one link sent on WhatsApp.
After that, extra money tops up your account with every settlement your referrals make, completely automatically. The 15 zł bonus is added by itself and lands in your balance. Meanwhile you just drive and get on with your work.
That is what passive income looks like in practice: work done once that pays out month after month. With the difference that here you do not have to invest or risk anything. All you need to do is recommend something you already use anyway.
And that is the whole philosophy of this programme. You bring in drivers, we share our commission with you. No catches, no structures, no selling anything.
Conditions – short and without asterisks
The programme is simple, but it has two conditions. We state them plainly so that nobody is surprised:
- You must be an active Ramnext driver. Affiliate bonuses are for people who work with us, not for accounts created only to collect referrals.
- You must settle with us at least once a month. If you take a longer break, no bonuses will be added for that period. When you start settling again, the bonuses come back too.
In other words: the passive income keeps flowing for as long as you remain an active driver. You drive, you earn twice.

Why nobody else in Poland offers this
Because it costs money. Literally.
A standard referral programme is a one-off payment from the marketing budget – the company pays once and the matter is closed. Our programme permanently gives away a third of the revenue from every referred driver, for ever. On top of that come the first five settlements, on which we earn nothing at all.
We decided to do this because a driver who comes to us on a friend’s recommendation stays with us longer and knows what to expect. We would rather pay you than spend that money on advertising, which works worse anyway.
