Below you will find the most frequently asked questions about the Medicover Sport packages available to Ramnext drivers – how they work, what they include and how to use them.
How do I sign up for Medicover Sport?
To use a package, you need an active Ramnext driver account and at least one completed settlement. Then send a request in the portal, in the Medicover Sport tab, and enter the details of any companions you want to add.
When will my Medicover package be active?
It depends on the day you sign up:
if you sign up by the 15th of the month, the package is active from the 1st of the following month,
if you sign up after the 15th, the package is active from the 1st of the month after next.
👉 Example:
Sign-up on 10 January → start on 1 February
Sign-up on 16 January → start on 1 March
When and how is Medicover Sport paid for?
The payment is taken from your Ramnext balance, always on the first day of the month, starting with the month in which the package becomes active.
How do I cancel Medicover Sport?
You can cancel at any time in your Ramnext account, in the Medicover Sport tab.
- if you cancel by the 15th of the month, the package ends at the end of that month,
- if you cancel after the 15th, the package stays active for one more month.
Can I add a companion (e.g. my partner)?
Yes, you can add companions when you request a package. Just enter their details in the form in the Medicover Sport tab.
Can I take a package just for my child?
No. A package cannot be activated for a child only. To add your child, you need your own active package – the child is added as a companion.
Can I change my package while it is active?
Yes, you can change your package (e.g. from basic to a higher one) by sending a request in the system. The change works like signing up – if you request it by the 15th of the month, it applies from the following month.
